Short version: we don't sell anything about you, we don't run ads, and nothing that measures your visit loads until you press Accept.
What we collect
If you accept cookies, we use two measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, which device and browser, and whether a WhatsApp enquiry button was tapped. It sets cookies in your browser.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session replays showing how pages are scrolled and clicked, so we can find layout problems. It does not capture what you type.
We do not collect your name, address or payment details on this website. There is no login and no checkout. If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, that conversation happens in that app and is governed by its own terms — we keep those enquiries only to answer them and quote you.
If you decline
Nothing loads. No analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is created. The only thing stored is a single entry in your browser recording that you declined, so we stop asking. The website works exactly the same either way.
Why we collect it
To see which materials people are actually looking for and where the site is confusing, so we can stock and explain better. That is the whole purpose — the data is not shared with anyone else and is not used to build a profile of you.
How to withdraw consent
Two ways, both immediate:
- Clear this website's data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose Decline.
- Or email care.oscorp@gmail.com asking us to stop processing your data, and to confirm what we hold. We will action it and reply.
